How we pick the products we sell

Every product in the catalog goes through a short but rigorous review. We look at build quality, supplier reputation, warranty, and value for money. Here's a peek at the checklist we use.

Build quality

Materials, finish, and expected lifetime. If a product would not survive a year of normal use, we walk away.

Supplier reputation

Reviews, return rates, and how the supplier handles support tickets.

Value for money

We benchmark each new SKU against at least two alternatives. If we cannot justify the price, we cut it.
